To ensure the successful delivery of the agreed and promised outcomes, the client is required to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These guidelines are designed to facilitate seamless collaboration and maximize the effectiveness of the service provided.
The factory agrees to fully adhere to the Detailed Project Plan (DPL), including methodologies, timelines, and action plans specified by the DPL’s Principal Project Director.
Any changes or deviations from the DPL must be communicated in writing and approved by the DPL team prior to implementation.
The factory shall ensure full participation and commitment from all relevant staff, including the core team and the steering committee.
Key project personnel are expected to actively contribute to training sessions, and implementation efforts as defined by the DPL where essential knowledge is needed.
The factory will provide the necessary facilities, equipment, and resources as specified in the DPL to support project implementation.
Any issues related to resource availability must be promptly reported and addressed by the client to prevent delays.
The factory agrees to maintain open lines of communication with the DPL team, promptly reporting any issues, obstacles, or changes that could impact project progress.
The factory will participate in scheduled progress reviews and status updates as determined by the DPL team.
Regular reports will be submitted to track performance metrics, evaluate progress, and address any identified gaps or issues.
In the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions, the DPL team reserves the right to issue a written notice to senior management outlining the issues or obstacles that could jeopardize the project’s success.
The factory will be given a maximum of 10 days to address and resolve these matters to ensure the project stays on track.
In cases where the project outcomes are not achieved due to non-compliance or issues caused by DPL consultants, the factory will be eligible for a refund of up to 80% of the project costs, subject to approval by the DPL director.
All project-related information, including data, reports, and communications, will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of project implementation and evaluation.
